After the success of their Rare Dry ‘G & T’ in a ready-to-drink-can, the team at Four Pillars have done the same with their ‘cult-favourite’ Bloody Shiraz – and we are delighted to add it to our mini bar offer for your drinking pleasure. It started as an experiment – the combination of Rare Dry Gin botanicals – think juniper, pepperberry, star anise, lemon myrtle and so many more – with the most delicious, locally sourced, Shiraz fruit that is soaked in a high-proof gin for eight weeks before being pressed – turning a rich, deep purple colour. This crazy experiment has created a gin that many say is magical; without doubt, is definitely colourful and it’s a Gold winner at the ADI International Spirits Competition in 2022.
Served chilled with a twist of lemon, it makes the perfect pre-dinner drink as the sun sets on a mild spring evening or as you settle in for a lazy, long brunch on your private deck whilst the kangaroos graze around you and the cockatoos fly by.
